Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026. Review FMPG's data practices, user rights, and information retention guidelines.

1. Personal Information Collection

The platform collects personal information, including name, email, address, phone number, and other identifiers when you register an account, fill forms, or sync reservations.

Information may also be collected from social media accounts if linked to the platform. We track analytical data through cookies to enhance functional layouts.

2. Use of Information

Personal information is utilized specifically to provide, verify, and improve the accommodation booking services, coordinate check-in dates, and execute transactional validations.

We may also use data for product updates, security checkups, and necessary communications regarding account status changes.

3. Sharing of Information

Personal data may be shared with verified PG Owners (only related checkout info) to confirm check-ins, or secure third-party processing integrations like payment gateways (Razorpay).

No details are shared with unverified external agents. Under legally mandated conditions, we may transfer information to government authorities or in mergers/acquisitions.

4. User Rights & Options

Users maintain complete rights to access, update, correct, or delete their profile information from the database at any time. Simply navigate to settings or submit a request to support.

Users are also entitled to withdraw processing consents, which might affect checkout access controls.

5. Data Security Protocols

We execute standard 256-bit encryption protocols to protect data transfers. Users are strictly advised to keep their account passwords confidential as no system guarantees complete virtual security.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We deploy tracking cookies, session configurations, and local parameters to persist login choices, detect theme switcher settings (fmpg-theme), and measure traffic flow accurately.

7. International Transfers

As FMPG serves regional and international tenants, database nodes may process elements in secure cloud containers outside of your home country under strict compliance codes.
